Transfer Data from Android to iPhone With “Move To iOS”

Step – 1

Pick up the newly purchased iPhone or iPad and start the normal set-up process until you reach the “Apps & Data” page on your screen.

Then on the “Find your code” page click Next and you’ll be asked to enter the 6-digit code from the iPhone or iPad.

Once you enter the code, your android device and iPhone or iPad will connect over Wi-Fi opening the door to transfer data between your devices.

Now the app will ask you to select the data that you would like to transfer to your new iPhone or iPad. You can select your contacts, photos, videos, google accounts, bookmarks, text messages, and calendars.

Once you have selected the items, click on Next. The transferring process will begin immediately and take a few minutes to complete depending upon the amount of data you’re transferring.

Interestingly all the transferred data will be placed in their respective sections in your new device. So you can quickly move with the new one.

Step – 6

Once the transferring process is complete, your new iPhone or iPad will promote “Continue Setting Up” to register a new Apple ID. Once you finish that, you’re allowed to log into the accounts that you transferred from the android device.

Note:- After the completion of the transferring process, the devices will disconnect automatically and the “Move To iOS” app will suggest that take your Android device to the Apple store to recycle for free. While in our suggestion you can use it as your secondary device or sell to one of your friends.
