Well, I never had any mobile phone, yet I would like to be able to receive WhatsApp messages from my neighbors, who use WhatsApp to report occasional occurances in our neighborhood that may be important for our daily lives.
So, please explain how to join and use WhatsApp legally using my desktop PC without having any kind of mobile phone.
